Episode 1 – In this episode we travel to Ukraine with Alla Zhytnik and her grandmother Nadia, who introduce us to borscht, a wonderfully vibrant beetroot soup and syrniki, sweet cheesy pancakes that are soft on the inside and crisp on the outside!


Episode 2 – In this episode we travel to Scotland with Philomena Barry and her mother Barbara Murphy, who talks about and prepares for us, a traditional recipe for vegetable soup that has been in their family, passed from mother to daughter, for generations!


Episode 3 – In this episode we travel to England with Kara Richards who prepares a delicious, traditional chicken and leek pie with bacon and mushrooms!


Episode 4 – In this episode we travel to Germany with Anne Rass who prepares a delicious, traditional fish dish with potatoes, apples and gherkins!
