Athlone Community Radio’s Easter Radio Camps – Now Taking Bookings!
Are you or your child curious about radio, media, or the magic behind the mic? This Easter, Athlone Community Radio invites young people aged 7–17 to take part in our unique Easter Radio Camps designed to develop real-world media and communication skills in a fun and engaging environment!
Dates: Tuesday 22nd – Friday 25th April 2025
Location: Athlone Community Radio, ACT, Ball Alley Lane, Athlone, N37 C671
Kids Camp (Ages 7–12)
Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Cost: €60 per child
Let your child explore their creativity, build confidence, and learn how to create their own radio show! From storytelling and interviews to hands-on recording sessions, this camp offers an exciting introduction to the world of community media.
Teen Camp (Ages 13–17)
Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Cost: €80 per participant
For older students, our Teen Camp dives deeper into media production, editing, podcasting, interviewing, and more. Perfect for aspiring content creators, journalists, or anyone with a passion for media and communications.
Limited Places
Due to small group sizes and the low cost of the camp, each session will only go ahead if minimum numbers are met:
✔️ 5 participants for the Kids Camp
✔️ 4 participants for the Teen Camp
Spaces are limited to ensure quality learning and one-on-one attention, so book early to avoid disappointment.
