Dance Through The Decades

Athlone Community Radio hosts a night of music and dancing, packed with hits from the 1950s to present day. This unique and exciting event takes place on Friday 28th February 2020 in The Dark Horse Bar & Kitchen, Seán Costello Street, Athlone. Each decade is presented by a different local DJ.
Seamus McKenna presents the 1950s at 9pm.
Dessie Parkes with hits from the 1960s at 9:45pm.
Geraldine O’ Sullivan and Liz O’ Neill present the 1970s at 10:30pm.
Hannah D’arcy brings songs from the 1980s at 11:15pm.
DJ Kenny Tynan bangs out 1990s tunes at midnight.
Eoin Beirne wraps up the show with music from 2000-2020 at 12:30am.
A raffle on the night includes a €50 bar tab kindly donated by The Dark Horse. Join us on Friday 28th February from 9pm for a fantastic night of entertainment, music, dancing, nostalgia, and more.
