AGM: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Athlone Community Radio invites all members, volunteers, and supporters to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place as follows:

Date: Wednesday, 11th December 2024
Time: 7:30 PM
Venue: ACT Business Development Centre, Ball Alley Lane, Parnell Square, Athlone

This meeting is an important opportunity to review our progress over the past year, discuss the station’s goals for the future, and allow members to have their say in shaping the direction of Athlone Community Radio.

• Proposing Motions or Nominations: Members wishing to propose motions or nominate individuals for election to the board should submit these in writing to the Secretary no later than 7 days before the AGM.

• Proxy Voting: If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Proxy forms are available upon request and must be returned to the Secretary no later than 48 hours before the AGM.

This is a great chance to get involved in our community-driven station and help us continue to serve Athlone and its surrounding areas. Your input is invaluable in ensuring we remain a strong and vibrant voice in the community.
