    • The Shamrock Lodge Hotel’s bar and food offerings are closed to the public, while their accommodation remains open

    • Athlone Credit Union’s Monksland Office
    • The Westmeath Community Development offices

    • Na Fianna Martial Arts and Fitness, though they are running their classes online.
    • Athlone Gymnastics Club closed since Thursday evening

The following establishments are offering a delivery service:

    • Concannon’s Total Health Pharmacy on Mardyke St will deliver medication, and any other essential pharmacy items – call them on 09064 78667, or 09064 77776
    • The Dark Horse, although they are closed, are offering a delivery food service – call 09064 87986
  • Shops (food)
    • Behans Irishtown Country Market will deliver food to your door – they have a wide selection of fresh fruit and veg, eggs and bread available. Call 09064 75656
    • Walsh’s Centra on Connaught St will deliver groceries – call 09064 94332.

The following are groups/organisations offering help

  • Members of Tubberclair GAA Club Committee are available to help any community members in these unprecedented times, in any way they can should help be required.
  • Mullingar Community First Responders would like to help the elderly and vulnerable in the area. Call 085 268 2660 for any shopping or medication needs.
