After a hiatus of three years, Athlone’s St Patrick’s Day parade was back with a bang!
Well done to the volunteer committee of the St Patricks Day Festival Athlone and everyone involved in this year’s Athlone Croí na hÉireann Festival Parade.
And well done to all who marched in the parade including Athlone Sub Aqua Club, Attitude Dance Studio, Willow Park Fc, Garrycastle GAA, Athlone GAA Club, Athlone African Community, Athlone Fire and Rescue, Order of Malta Ireland, Midlands Polish Community, Athlone Basketball Club & Academy, An Post, Grovelands Childcare, Southern Gaels Hurling Club – Athlone, Indian Community Athlone, Ripples Karate Club, Westmeath County Council, Our Ladies Bower Secondary School, Irish Military Vehicles Group, Athlone Army Barracks, and Athlone Army Band.
